How I got here.

2006
HSBC & IIFL: Learning how capital thinks

I started my career managing capital and distributor relationships at HSBC Asset Management, then moved to IIFL Private Wealth. I learned how investors think, how money moves, and how trust is built in high-stakes financial relationships. This is where I developed the investor mindset I now help founders understand from the other side of the table.

2011
Infosys: Learning how enterprise clients decide

Four and a half years in business development and client engagement at Infosys. I learned how large organisations actually make buying decisions — what builds trust at scale, what breaks it, and how to navigate complex stakeholder environments.

2015
Couched: Learning how to build a brand with nothing

Co-founded Couched, a design-driven furniture brand for urban homes. Bootstrapped it to profitability. No external funding, no marketing team. I owned marketing, product strategy, and customer experience entirely.

2019
Boingg!: Becoming the CMO out of necessity

Co-founded Boingg! — India's first kids-focused D2C furniture brand. Raised angel funding across four rounds. Scaled across e-commerce and offline. I was the de facto CMO. Not by title. By necessity. I learned that great marketing isn't about budget. It's about clarity.

2023
Founder's F.I.T: Bringing it all together

Now I work with early-stage founders in two ways. As a Fractional CMO, I build their marketing from the ground up. As an ICF Certified Coach, I help them lead with more clarity and confidence. Both come from the same place: I know what it's like to be the person who has to figure it out.
